2023 G80 Rim Clear Coat Peeling

We bought a 2023 G80 Advanced. Noticed after I got it it home the clear coat on the rims is peeling off in chunks. Is this a common problem? Going to stop at the local dealer. as the Genesis warranty passes to second owner with a few exceptions

Hello, I have a 2023 G80 with the 20" alloy wheels that came with the 3.5t Sports Prestige Package that also has peeling on two of my wheels. From reading other forums it seems this is common with dealerships covering under warranty - did you get this resolved? I am curious so I can know what my next steps should be.

One of my 2023 sport prestige pkg rims is peeling. The dealer ordered a new wheel to be installed at my next visit.

Genesis did not replace the rims, but they agreed to refinish the rims under warranty.

I actually had two rims to be addressed. The second is to be installed tomorrow. I would have been fine with a recoat. As long as the issue is addressed, I am pleased.
