2023 GENESIS GV70 2.5 T recirculation not working

So far I have enjoyed my 2023 GENESIS GV70 2.5 T with minimum issues. Nevertheless, recently I've been having the problem with the recirculation mode. Although the vent flap motor is working when the recirculation mode is ON, somehow fumes from outside get into the car like it wasn't working at all. Could be something worn out inside?
Vent flap motor was checked during the last maintenance. Must be something else.

Cars are not pressurized air tight cabins. Some fumes will always get in.
