Do you mean 2022? What cover are you talking about? There is no "cover". There is the caliper itself. My 2023 2.5T Prestige was upgraded from 2022 MY to have the full monoblock brakes back, not only the front. If you're talking about upgrading the entire caliper in the rear to monoblock, I suspect that will be very expensive, but my knowledge is limited in this regard. For example, not sure if you can simply swap out the caliper, whether the mounting bolts line up, brake lines are sized, and whether the brake master cylinder is sized for 4 mono brakes. Someone who is more mechanical could probably advise. The 2002 model does not come with the cover so I wonder this is interchangeable?
It sort of looks ugly without one.
Sorry friend, but you are wrong. The 23 GV80 and GV70 are coming from the factory with colored rear caliper covers. Here’s the details from Genesis. Not "might be right"...I am 100% confident that there is no cover. I have never heard of manufacturers installing caliper "covers" from factory because they have been proven to be dangerous add-ons. And 2022 was the GV70's first MY production, and rather than diss Genesis, I give them kudos for the fact that they made improvements in the 2nd year by upgrading the rear brakes to same monoblock as front. That's the nature of the automotive industry...subsequent MY's and generations have improvements over the last.

That's a GV80, not 70. There is no cover on my '23.Sorry friend, but you are wrong. The 23 GV80 and GV70 are coming from the factory with colored rear caliper covers. Here’s the details from Genesis.

It’s very confusing to say the least. Other than seeing a picture someone posted and the Genesis literature I posted previously, I can’t find anything about the “covers”. It’s possible it’s just available in certain markets. Not really sure now.My 23 2.5T GV70 are full monoblock brakes, just like the front. They are not covers.

That’s pretty much what I was finding. I know Luck11 said his had front and rear monoblock calipers, but I’ve never seen that as an offering, at least in the US market. The GV70 and GV80 share the same front and rear calipers meaning the front on higher models are monoblock and the rear are floating calipers. With that being said, I can’t find any part number associated with the “covers”.The screen captures below are from the attached webpage of worldwide GV70 specs. In the Mandatory / Individual Options for the 2.5T there are options for the 19" and 21" wheels referencing the brakes which clearly state front wheel mono-block brakes and rear wheel brake styling cover. My position is that the rear brakes are the same single piston floating caliper used on the 2022 models with an add-on to hide the ugly bits. If you watch one of the manufacturing videos for the electrified GV70 they show these brakes as well.
I'm happy to be proven wrong if there is something official from Genesis (not some Youtube review which may or may not be accurate) stating that the rears are mono-blocks, but my Google searches have turned up nothing. My G70 had Brembos with rear mono-blocks and my wife's Infiniti Q60 has mono-blocks at all four corners and they look nothing like the GV70 rear brakes.

Yep, I stand corrected. Looked more closely and it would seem they are covers. I swear I saw or read something while waiting for delivery late summer that they were upgraded brakes. I did not switch out wheels after delivery last Oct so never really got a good look at them.
