2023 Panorama noise Fixed,How to!

Hello my first post here and I would like to help you guys!

at first, the rattles/creaks are heard when the car's body flexes on bumpy or uneven road surface, incline parking

I took my car to genesis dealership, they did lubricate the rubbers..and both metal and plastic parts on the roof

nothing changed, noise is still up there!! they told me immediately after two hours

you have to leave your car today, so the next day they removed the headliner, and they found 4 loose screws!!

on right side and left side!


screws got tightened, and noise is gone completely

my car is almost brand new, 8k miles!!

manufacturing issue? I guess...

Good find. Hopefully they used Loctite on the screws to keep them from loosing again.

I have this issue...And read this before. I'm just scared to take it in, have them remove the headliner and cause another problem...

Its so sad that we live in a world now that lacks PROFESSIONAL work. No disrespect to no-one, but it feels like cheap labor now everywhere. Even dealerships are not professional and lack proper experience.

I had same issue and had it in 4 times. There is now a TSB to fix the issue.
