  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I was wondering in the name of "pushing the envelope" of wheel sizes and offsets, could you run 20x10/20x11 staggered setup? I have seen a 20x10 all around set up (here is the pic from avant garde wheel website) so i know that 20x10 in ther front would work, just really wondering how 11's in the rear would fit,or if they could.

All depends on offset of course. User GarciaFactoryUS was running 20 x 10.5 +45 with 20 mil spacers, effectively a 65 offset. 11's with a slighter higher offset say 5 more should fit if there is enough clearance between the inside of rim and car body. Fenders were pulled, factory camber maxed out, running air suspension and had minimal clearance to fit the rim mentioned above.

I figured that would be the case, I have seen so many 10.5 rear setups, would assume that running an 11 would fit also. Also with 245/35 (f) and 255/35 (r) would give it a nice modest streched look.

I thought the offset would be +25 with the 20mm spacer in stead of 65. I remember reading that stock wheel offset is approx +31...correct me if im wrong.....

Essentially, depending on how aggressive your offset and disk, 11's are doable. It boils down to camber, pull, ride height and tire stretch...which you already know.
How much work are you willing to do to make them fit? Anything beyond +20 would be rough with stock fenders i would think. I am running +21 on 10.5 and there is a 1/4" poke at least, but my camber is fairly tame. Tires are 245/40, so a little stretched.

With your rear wheel measurements in mind,i got a chance to check out willitfit.com, I figure that between +28 to +23 (+23 is pushing it) would work. Of course there more that likely be some poke and camber. If depending on offset, pulling fenders. Also to take into account ride height...

Either way, it looks like you will either need spacers or to go custom setup..

oh yeah, for some reason the willitfit.com link turns to a porn site.....i have no idea it would do that...WARNING!!!!

10.5 is as wide as you can go if you want it to sit flush/tuck depending on ride height. Anything wider will poke unless you pull and/or roll your fenders.
