  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Took delivery of my car one week ago. Just some impressions. Power and torque great. Yes at high RPMs the engine does run out of power to a degree but then again it is only 3.3 liters. The car is 80% luxury, 20 percent sport. Selecting the sport mode, which I drive in, if I can remember to select it, helps the engine and slightly increases the the suspension stiffness. Does not turn harsh by any stretch of the imagination. Normal and eco reveal the soft ride of a luxury car. It's over 100F here today. Car can sit for some time and get heat soaked but if you leave the rear door shades and rear window shades up the protection is good. A/C is wonderful go to recirc mode and turn on seat cooling and within about 6-8 blocks car is cooling nicely. Camera system is tremendous. Rather difficult to hit anything but who knows? Car feels heavy because it is. Solid and quiet. Still attempting to determine how everything works, lot's of menus and sub menus. Car has engine sound piped in. Very quiet despite set on high. Muffler change out? My old ass can only feel a very, very short turbo lag. Paddle switches take about 1/2 a second to up shit. Down sighting has the rev matching. When using them the selected gear appears for some time but then switches back to D. However the selected gear stays put. Nice machine for the money. Hope this helps. Thanks.
