265/35 20 on BH, do they fit?

I am about to pull the trigger on a set of 20x9 wheels with ET35 offset .

I am wondering if I can mount 265/35 20 on all 4 corners without being worried about issues like rubbing.
Still maintaining the stock ride height.

I tried a wheel offset calculator and the overall dimensions are almost similar to the stock 235/5018's (see picture attached).

Maybe some of you guys are having a similar wheel tire combo. If yes, please dont hesitate posting pictures.
