Hi,
I'm new to this forum so please bear with me.
I have a 2010 Genesis Sedan with Tech Pkg and recently, the power for the audio touchscreen turned off.
Every time I push the power to turn it back it on nothing happens.
The buttons surrounding the touchscreen to choose the AM/FM, CD, Aux, etc do not work either.
I am however able to push the "mode" button on the steering wheel and get all the radio/bluetooth/CD to work but I cannot physically see it on the screen.
I should note that I have tried to push the "reset" button using the pinhole and it just reset all my preset stations and now I have to use voice to change stations. LOL.
I don't think it's the fuse because then the whole unit wouldn't work even when I control it from the steering wheel (I think?).
It's frustrating because I can't even see the internal temperature the thermometer is set to nor the mode that the fans are set to, etc.
Is there a separate fuse just for the screen and the surrounding buttons?
I've called the dealer on multiple occasions regarding other very common Navi issues (freezing at the logo) and they don't seem to want to even touch it.
Feel like a recall or some kind of compensation is in order based on the number of issues I see online regarding this and other navigation issues but....
Thanks in advance!
Ryan
