I purchased Black Beauty 42 months ago. She's a end of MY 2009 3.8 with premium package. Black inside and out. She has 18,000 miles on the clock. Most drivers would put on this many miles in a year to a year and half, but I work in the city and split my driving between the Genesis and my 2010 Tucson.
I never experienced the suspension problems some have mentioned about 2009's but that was primarily with cars built earlier in the model year. I did replace the Dunlops -- which were horrible -- with Continentals.
I've owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and none have been as wonderful as my Genesis. The car runs like a dream. Earlier this year I drove down to Florida and back and on the 2,500 mile round trip I averaged 32.5 mpg.
Looks like the day I purchased the car and she still draws stares from people whereever I go. I just absolutely love this car.
