    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Last summer I was invited to attend a VIP Driving Event in Houston to test drive the Genesis. I went and received a car wash kit that was quite nice and a paper that I would get $500 off the purchase of a Genesis. I did purchase a Genesis V8 on Nov. 15 but did not have proof of the $500 deduction. The dealership was unaware of this offer! I pursued this on my own and did speak with Hyundai on Dec. 11, 2008. After waiting 2 weeks I made a second phone call and spoke to a lady who was very helpful and on Jan. 12, 2009 I did receive a check for $500. End of story. Sometimes the good guy does win.
