  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I also replaced the old crappy phillips D1S with Osram NightbreakerLasers, it's a world of difference!

Why? The 3.8 has a pretty clean shot to the front already. You'll get more low-end performance improvement if you remove the flapper in the airbox, under the filter. Also - that engine only has an intake on the passenger side. You're just obstructing airflow to the rad by putting another on the driver's side.

I cut out a rectange just behind the first bend on the drivers side funnel to get air to the radiator, and I reinstalled the shroud after cutting some parts of it (to also get the air to the rad), I mainly did it for aux lighting.
