Advice needed on 2012 5.0

Hello I joined about a year ago knowing that it would be my next car purchase. I will be getting the 5.0 and was wondering of $43200 is a decent price for it. I'm in New Jersey. Sticker on it is $46 and some change. I read some other posts but none we from around my area.
Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance

You might look at AutoTrader.com with a search radius of 250 or 500 miles and see what's out there. Then, at least you can have some pricing in mind when you negotiate

It was posted for days- dealer outside KC (Kansas)- was there this am- not now.

Bought my Rspec in Dec for $40700 windows was 47 and change. You can do better. Might want to look around more if that dealer will not go lower.

I recently bought a 5.0 for $39,600 + T&L. Visit 2 dealers, and have 'em try to outdo each other. I remember the Hyundai Circles price being ~$41,888 (with ad+delivery) on this particular car, so you can definitely do better.
