  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Anyone know of any aftermarket head units that integrate with the cars features.. I’ve given up on them updating factory unit for CarPlay and Android Auto. I have the ultimate with jog dial and it would be great if an aftermarket could incorporate its use.

I doubt the potential sales would justify making a special unit. I wonder if you can fit a 2018 model? If you could get rebuilt at reasonable price, but even that would be expensive.

Your dealer has an answer for you. Time to trade up.

Looked in shop manual. Display and nav are 2 separate components. There are 3 nav connectors with a total of 66 wires.

I say this because I went aftermarket Pioneer in our '09 Sonata when OEM nav failed. OEM over $3K, rebuilt half that. Also 3 connectors and two dozen wires. Adapters not part of head unit, have to buy separately. Armed with schematic, still couldn't get adapter support on same page regarding wiring. Apparently hadn't encountered Limited's nav. Weeks of back-and-forth and days installing.

After all that, Android Auto and Google Play twitchy. No help from Pioneer, Android, or Google.

Live with it until your next car...

Same here. Phone mount and Android Auto app works like a charm to stream music, audiobooks, and directions if needed. I can even use voice commands just by saying "Ok Google" when the app is running like in the picture.
