Aftermarket remote starter

I can have a basic aftermarket remote starter installed for $300 cad that uses the original fob. I only need line of sight starting. Or the dealership can install their basic starter that uses a second fob, for $650 cad. Seems like aftermarket is a no brainer until the service manager starts talking about voided warranties. Your thoughts/opinions are welcomed.
2016 Genesis sedan Ultimate 5.0. It’s a Canadian car so no Bluelink in 16’ if that matters.

That is what I would do. Even with BlueLink, I'd rather have a fob starter.

I don’t but I have used this installer in the past with good results. I believe they use idatastart hc products.

I had it on my Sonatas and it never voided anything.
