  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I've installed the Aha app in the car and on my iPhone 6. I can use the phone via bluetooth and can listen to stations on the phone. When I launch Aha in the car, it tells me to start the app on the phone which I do. Then a whole lot of nothing happens and it eventually times out. Anybody have any pointers or suggestions for getting this working?

Thanks in advance!

I haven't played much with Aha but I plug my iPhone into media and use Iheart radio with great success. Another option.

Yes. It is very good at endless buffering and draining your phone battery.

I've used it once. The streaming sound quality was very poor.

It works fine on mine (Ultimate System) IF I open the application on the phone BEFORE I pick aHa in the media menu in the AV system!

If I open it on the phone after I pick it on the media menu, then I see the channels - but they won't play!

Interestingly - I tried it this AM without first starting the app and it did not work correctly as I indicated in my first post above. However, on my way home from work I did not open the app (and it was not open from earlier) and it worked fine - so, go figure: It does appear to work without first having to open the app.

Also, unlike Pandora which you can see opening the phone app when you pick it in the AV menu, aHa does not appear to open the app on the phone. However, it is using the phone as it asked me to turn on location services when i was looking for restaurants!
