  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hi, I recently changed the turn signal bulb in my 5.0 15’ sedan and was wondering if I assembled everything correctly! We had to take out the air box from the driver side to access the headlight area. When we put it back on however we aren’t sure if the part that sucks the air in is supposed to sit with the tab on top of the square or if it’s supposed to fit directly inside of it. I’ll post pictures for some clarification in case I used the incorrect terminology! Thank you in advance!!FC149CDB-E9D9-469A-959A-3C293B581493.jpegFB55EA98-3A3F-43A0-BDF8-25EE1BEF2842.jpeg

the end looks cleaner than surrounding parts so it probably goes inside.

Looks correct to me. My 2015 5.0 air-box duct is connected the same way.
