  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

recently I have noticed that the 2 center A/C vents don't come on with the 2 outer ones. This is intermittent. but happens daily. If I stop the car and restart it it works fine. Dealership has no idea why this is happening. Went to the dealer Hub in Houston and the service manager did fiddle with the A/C controls on the screen and it hasn't happened in 6 days now!! Any thoughts? 61K miles '15 Genesis 3.8

It actually is not an AC problem but a vent damper problem. I'm not sure exactly how they are controlled, but an actuator opens and closes them. You can manually manipulate them from the screen and he may have loosened up whatever was sticking it. Hopefully, it will continue to move as needed.
