Is the FOB in your pocket? Yes, maybe a silly question but I would keep the key FOB in my pocket while at work and if I bent down or shifted in the wrong way it would trigger the alarm when the car was right outside the garage door of the the hangar.
 
There is a pin on your hood (under driver's side area) that tells the car the hood is closed when the door is locked/alarm is armed. It could be the culprit.
