A shame that the K9/K900 doesn't have more striking sheetmetal (hope Kia does a pretty extensive facelift for the exterior; right now, it's a mix of ugly and bland - the worst kind of mix for design), but other than that, seems like a very nice luxo-cruiser.
Interesting that Alex states that he thinks it drives/handles better than the G90 (note: some of that may be attributed to the smaller dimensions and lighter weight) even w/ the softer KDM tuning, but as he noted, since the G90 launched a few years ago, Biermann had hired a team of engineers for Hyundai's N performance division who have also had a hand in tuning H/K's luxury offerings.
Based on the current G90's platform, the K9/K900 is still a relatively heavy auto, should be even better w/ the (lighter) next gen platform which will first see (in sedan form) in the G80 replacement.
The interior looks like a very nice place to be; Genesis needs to make the next gen G80 interior close to the quality/workmanship of the K9/K900's.
Think the dash design for the K9/K900 could have pushed the edge a little more on having a modern design aesthetics (w/o going to the futuristic-look that Audi has been doing w/ its latest models), but nonetheless, looks more modern that the dash design of the G90, much less the G80 (which looks really out of date).
