Does any know how to get access to the Amplifier located somewhere in the trunk? Everytime that I hit a bump in the road, I hear a knock, as if something is loose. I can't find anything else wrong.

Remove the body out of the trunk to fix said knock.

The amp is between the outer sheet metal and the inner trunk liner on the passenger side. So just removing the interior trim panel of the trunk (small screws and snap-in fasteners) should be all that is needed to get to the amp.

With the trunk floor raised, look at the panels on either side of the spare tire. There are access doors as part of these panels - you'll see fasteners - to get to the top of the fuel tank and some other fuel system service areas. Open these and look for loose stuff underneath too.

Spare is tightly secured, right? Nothing flopping around in the Styrofoam tool kit container either?

It may also be something loose/sloppy in the rear suspension.
