I just purchased a 2022 G70 3.3awd Sport Prestige, and I am wondering if I can make Android Auto go full screen w/o either the in car apps taking 1/2 or a dumb Android Auto with the name of my phone "connected" displayed.

Go to your Settings and you have to Un-check an option that says Split Screen
