I know the CrankPS is on the bell housing. For the 2014 V8 and older models, the wiring harness is bolted on top of the intake manifold allowing access to the crank sensor from the top with some extensions and swivels. On the 2015+ V8 models the wiring harness is bolted to the back of the intake manifold. There is no space to do work without removing the wire harness. I unbolted the harness from the intake manifold but there is not enough play to get it out of the way.
So my question is, for the 2015+ V8, are you suppose to take out half the wire harness or do you access the sensor from below?
