I know a lot of people here seem to have “bad” dealership experiences or at the very least ones that don’t live up to expectations, but I have not experienced this.
called last Friday to make appointment and reserve a loaner.
dropped car off Tuesday morning for:
18k service
recall
new tires
picked up car at 2:30 today everything done, car washed and vacuumed, they even cleaned and dressed the engine bay.
no issues. Everything was great and to my expectations
i wasn’t due new tires, I had at least another 8-10k to go, however my wife curbed one rear tire and tore off the protective edge of the tire (about 17 inches worth), luckily the curb she hit wasn’t as high as the wheel lip so the wheel didn’t get damaged, she just shredded the tire sidewall.
personal preference not to have a mix of new and used tires on the car so I replaced them all.
