  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

So I had a new alternator put in, a new battery as well on Tuesday, yesterday had a technician run a scanner on my car to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with it or throwing any codes. Nothing came up. This morning I drive to work, about a 20 minute drive and about 1 mile from my job all the dash lights come on again, it says check vehicle power system and as I pull in to the parking spot it shuts off. In March of this year I had my ECU replaced, because I was having issues with that.

I'm thinking it has to be a ground somewhere that's not making a good connection. Next stop is going to be dealership if this doesn't work. It only has 50k on it and is in immaculate condition.
