  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I can't recall receiving as many surveys after buying a car as I have with this one. Received another lengthy one in the mail today from Maritz. At least I had the option to submit this one online and not have to fill in those tiny dots.

Maritz is a research company. So this didn't come from Hyundai? Or is Hyundai using Maritz to conduct the research?

Another one received this weekend. This time from Hyundai America Technical Center. Looks like another opportunity to let them know what is or isn't bugging us. In my opinion, it may be worth the 5 minutes it takes to complete.

I just got the Maritz survey today...3 months after I leased my Gen. I'll prolly complete it on-line...it is rather lengthy. I've put about 4000 miles on it thus far, so I will be interested to see what they ask.

Love the car so far!!!! :D:D

Now i just got another survey from JD Power with a "token of our appreciation" inside....a $1.00 bill.

Hyundai is spending a lot on surveys...which I guess is a good thing, if they read and act upon the results!!!

I think the 2010 changes suggest they are.

The two biggest issues, Suspension changes .... and a feature miss, radar based cruise control were both added...

I received both the Maritz and the Powers survey in the same mail delivery. It took most of an hour to complete both surveys, even though I was able to skip the problem area since my Genesis has had no problems in the first 5000 miles.
