Antenna disconnected

G80 3.8 Awd. “Antenna Disconnected” I received this message on before. I scheduled a service appointment. I received a report antenna systems had to be relinked. I was assured there was nothing wrong with physical hardware. This is the second time it has happened. As anyone else experienced this? If so what steps did you take to get resolved?

Maybe it is just the Hip Hop station. This is a sophisticated vehicle so try some Classical or even Jazz.
I have no idea what would have to be re-linked but you can do a signal refresh

How do I refresh my Sirius XM signal?
Make sure the antenna of your radio is facing skyward, your radio is turned on and tuned to channel 184 and your vehicle is NOT in the garage. Then go to www.siriusxm.com using your smartphone or other mobile device, click the “Refresh My Radio” button, which is located right on the home screen.
