So Nicolette from Genesis said that “There is no problem with the G70 brakes” your options if you dont want a replaced brake rotor and pad is to go with lemon law.
When asked about why the TSB on the brakes, she said that is only on *few cars. Not on all cars. There are chances the car is being raced with.

Asked about the G70 Euro (the OEM pads) replacement. She said they can reimburse the money, but I will lose warranty on the brakes if i choose to do this.

Like what is wrong with genesis? She claims she is the case manager and noone is above her who i can talk to.
Having issues with brake vibrations. The car shudders and vibrates as the brakes heat up. 3.3TT with Brembos.

Why would they void your warranty if you use the Euro OEM pads? Those pads should honestly be standard on the G70 with Brembos.

What?!! That's a bunch of bullshit. The Genesis rep is full of it. As you probably know, the brake vibration issue has occurred on lots of our cars, as well as Stingers. Why on earth would changing the pads to other OEM pads, that actually come standard on certain models, cause you to lose your brake warranty? Complete nonsense. I would demand to speak to someone else. What a disappointment from Genesis.
