Any help in changing/fixing the USB and power ports?

2015 3.8 and the USB and power ports don't work. Would like to access Apple play as well as charge my phone but I cannot figure out what is wrong. I checked the Fuses to the lower left of the steering column but they all look good.

How hard is it to access these ports in the console?

So no one has any experience or info on this issue? I would hate to bring it in if it is something I can manage.
