Any info on what the "Starter Solenoid Relay Kit" Recall that is affecting the DH G80's?

I haven been waiting for almost 3 months to get the starter solenoid relay kit installed on my 2018 G80. Has anyone had this done? Was it involved like the oil feed pipe replacement? I was just curious since the dealer ship is providing a loaner and I was under the impression that it was a quick fix vs. the oil feed pipe? I appreciate everyone's time.

Okay, wow that’s involved but not as involved as the oil feed line that I read thru when it was done to my car. Still kinda nerve wracking when dealing with power and cables and circuits. I hope they do a good job, I guess if my car catches fire I would know if they messed up right?

Yeah, I wish they could just ship me the parts and let me do it myself. It's doesn't look like it should take very long.
