  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hey gang, has anybody recently ordered OEM rear mud guards that could share where they're available? I ordered both from the only place I found on the internet (not a discount place, unfortunately), and they only had the front ones... which are ridiculously small, and almost an insult at $45, but that's a different conversation. Ha ha. The dealer (not sure of the name, but ordered from 'genesispartsandaccessories.com') said they didn't even have a date when they'll be available again, so they refunded me the $45 for those. My only chance is a dealer that have them in stock, hence my asking, even if a long shot. By the way, my dealer said both sets were backordered to infinity, so glad I at least got the front ones, which are the most important ones for me. Thank you.

Finally, the front mud guards are super small, which is the first time I'm a little disappointed by Hyundai OEM mud guards, since they're exactly what I want: decent protection, while still looking integrated with the vehicle, and not like a work truck. Ha ha. The main reason for me to get them is not for mud performance, but to prevent paint chips from the front tires kicking all kinds of crap to be back, on the desert roads around here. And they do help with less mess from the rain, although these ones on the G70 will have minimal impact on that IMO.

As long as they are the same part # (G9F46-ACF00, our accessory catalog still shows 2022 as the newest) as the 2022, they are available. 28 of them in the Chicago warehouse, and 18 in Columbus, OH. Unless they aren't releasing them for some reason. 23 dealers scattered across the country show to have them in stock as well.

Those front flaps do look next to useless. If really concerned about chips, I'd add a strip of protection film along the rockers.

My invoice says G9F46-ACA00+G9F46-ACF00 2022-23 G70, so they're obviously for both model years, since they look identical. I didn't know which one was which, but you already answered that :). I think that dealer is in FL, and mine in TX; maybe different warehouses? Who knows. Hey, do you guys have a website where I could order them? I'd appreciate that info. Thank you.

And the rear of the car already has some pieces of PPF in front of the rear tire, but will look for some leftover pieces of SunTek PPF I have somewhere in the garage, to see if I have enough to cover the doorsills, all the way down under the car, until the paint ends. A foot behind the front tires is where the beating is worst, but 2 would be even better. But those things should help a little; just wish they were a bit larger.

Any dealer can get parts out of any warehouse, so not sure how they couldn't get them. Will just take a few days longer to get them out of an alternate warehouse. There aren't any flags on the part # saying they are on hold or anything. And, it looks like Columbus, OH did ship some out, because they are down to 9 in stock. No dealers in TX show to have any. We don't have a website to order parts on. You can email at jnance@penskeautomotive.com and I can get you a quote on them.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
I don't understand either, but it's probably the Genesis ordering system limits dealers to their regions only. No other explanation. Anyway, will send an email now at that address. Thank you.
