Owner of a new GV80 here and my closest service dealer is Feldman Hyundai in Hudson, MI. And they've lived up to the the bad service reputation times 10. I cannot believe the constant disappointment and incompetence of this dealership. I've had 3 separate technical issues with my car and this service center was unwilling to deal with any of them. Fortunately, the dealer further away (Southfield) have and are in the process of addressing them.
My complaints with Feldman:
1. They do not want to book troubleshooting appointments. Seems they are only willing to do regular service
2. They cancelled my appointment the day before that was made 3 weeks in advance
3. Promises of callbacks to rebook but never do
4. No loaners available, ever
5. Missed diagnosis. I reported problems with my car's acceleration but they told me it was normal. The problem was immediately identified by the second dealer. Issue was a duct not connected to the turbo! Southfield dealer said it was hard to miss and should have been noticed during regular oil change (which was done at Feldman's)
If there's a wiki or a sticky on this forum that's more appropriate for this type of info, please let me know. Would be helpful to document good/bad service centers.
