Anybody know how to get ahold of the Genesis higher ups?

As the title states, I am looking for any phone numbers for the higher ups here in the USA. Calling the 800 number for customer service has gotten me nowhere as they never follow up as promised and I am ready to start a ruckus with them. I don't want to talk the girl that's sitting at home and going to tell me they are going to escalate my claim to the "engineering team". Already been there, done that and gotten absolutely nowhere, and its been like 8 months.

That's probably not going to happen. If your issue is severe enough that your local Genesis dealer isn't able to resolve and hasn't opened a case for you - you may need to go the legal route to get their attention.

Looking through your posts - it seems you have had some issues doing an update to your G90 a while back - is that still the issue?

Yes, looking through my app again, looks like the last time the car connected to network was May 2023. That was the last time the location updated and it won't update anything or work still.

And the dealer is unable to help you? There apparently has been some resolution for the connected services issue...
