I ordered a cargo mat for my GV70 last week and the order status has never changed from "Placed". Item is shown as "available" on the site.

No one answers the phone to give me an idea if the item is in stock and/or will ship.

Curious if anyone here has had dealings with them?

I have no personal experience, but I almost ordered the all season floor mats from the site but then my dealer offered the mats at $100 cheaper than the site. You may look into canceling your order and trying to order through your dealership.

Ordered child seat protector, wheel locks, and a usb cord. The seat protector shipped 2 days later (directly from weathertech it seems) and the other items sent almost a week later. Both shipments took 2-3 days to arrive after being sent.
