I’m considering replacing the lower outer window sweeps myself. Wondering if anyone has part numbers and knows what’s involved.
In my other cars, the outer sweep (the weatherstrip at the bottom of the side window glass) is riveted to the door. Drill the rivets, place new sweeps, optionally rivet them in place, done. Is Genesis similar?
The poster who found their wind noise was reduced by placing strips of painter’s tape over the sweep was absolutely right. I appreciate the tip.
