Apple Car Play for 2013 Equus???

Has anyone be able to install or find a way to install it or air drop it onto the navigation system? I currently use Tunai Firefly Bluetooth receiver to be able to connect my phone to listen to music and podcast thru my iPhone. I've tried a couple different devices I've found but none have been successful.

I'll give it a try, I've tried a couple different ones from Amazon, but each time it doesn't support the unit in my 2013 Equus.
