Are we allowed to schedule service at any dealer we choose via the Genesis app?

Just want to make sure they won't reject me or tell me to go to the dealer I purchased the car from lol. There is one super close to me about 5 miles away (the one I leased from is 26 miles away) that I want to schedule the service for (3000 mile maintenance) and have them pick the car up via the valet service and drop off a loaner as I'll be working. We should be able to have it serviced at whatever dealer we want right? Just want to make sure. Thanks!

If I wanted to go to the dealer 5 miles from me, when in the area I'd stop in and talk to one of the service people face to face for best results. If it is not the dealer you bought from you want to be sure they have proper information.

Some people have had problems with the app. Phone calls work well.

My servicing dealer was chosen by the app to be the closest one, about 7-8 miles. I preferred my selling dealer, about 25 miles. When last at the selling dealer the service manager went online and identified my vehicle and set his shop as the preferred location. I may have been able to do that myself. I did not try. It is owner preference.
The service manager told me to call the dealership direct and gave me the number, not to use the standard published phone number. The published number is for service calls for any of the dealer shops the owner of the H/G dealer has. That call center does not know the Genesis situation and can leave an unpleasant experience for those expecting Genesis service.
In other words, follow the advice of EdP above. Make sure you are talking to someone in service at the selected store, not an answering center that makes appointments and directs calls.

Exactly. Also if you need a Genesis loaner, make absolutely sure they reserve one for you For the day of your appointment.
