Been here awhile...
I've had my 2010 Genesis Sedan serviced locally by a good technician at a non-dealer shop for its 1st 12K miles, but now (for the 1st time), I am taking it to the dealer's service department.
What should I ask him to do or look at in addition to fixing my specific problem under warranty (Steering Wheel memory gradually looses its setting, and has stopped extending and/or shortening the length of the steering wheel).
I'm thinking of things like:
1) Updating my GPS Map (I purchased my 2010 in November, 2009).
2) Asking him if there are any recalls or "fixes" to be installed (I think they are called Technical Service Bulletins, but I'm not sure).
3) Are there other things I should ask him to routinely adjust, look at or do?
I really don't know what else to ask him to do. I'm fat, dumb and happy with the car, everything works great (and with the help of some of y'all on the Genesis Forum, I've got the car running like a dream.
Any suggestions?
Thanks again,
