New Heater, AirCon Control switch unit being fitted,
3rd new drivers seat squab being fitted,
I thought I purchased a Hyundai Genesis not a 1980's Lotus

Seems to be about "the luck of the draw" as much as anything. In my case (2013 R-Spec/6k mi), the number of times I've been to the dealer for corrective action/repair is zero (as I'd expect frankly).

If its not done, tell Hyundai you will see them in arbitration to declare car a lemon under the lemon law.

What do you mean by "3rd new drivers seat squab being fitted?"

Original drivers seat replaced -> stretched leather & noisy motor,
Second fitted 2 months ago -> already squab leather looks terrible,
Third being fitted as we speak/post""

Every single Genesis Sedan has exhibited a stretched seating area, and it has been discussed on this forum for at least 5 years, so I would say it is a "feature" rather than a defect. I don't know about the noisy motor, as that is somewhat subjective in comparison to other cars, but don't recall many complaints about that, so it may be a defect.

Picked it up this morning, looked good & all the replacement bits N pieces
(Radio head/Heater A/C controls) etc are working OK..At this time..
They messed with the drivers seat & all the fittings around the seat where Open & would not clip together & the door kick plate was all scratched.. New parts ordered & yet another day lost + 100 miles to be driven in the not too distant future..
Somebody's head is *P Their AS* .................
