  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

:( Oh! Oh! My back-up camera is not functioning properly. The distance red and yellow lines are fine but the picture is blank. It went blank once before but came back the next time I put my Genesis in reverse

Any suggestions or causes before I call Hyundai.

Thanks in advance for any help!!

The same thing happened to mine. A new camera was ordered and I will return Wednesday to have it replaced. The first time I took it in, they couldn't duplicate the problem. I just hope it's only the camera and not something in the nav system.

I took my Genesis into the dealership today and found that it may have been a loose wire connection. Of course it didn't work all weekend and the moment I demenstrated it worked!!!! If it happens again they will replace it. It works fine now

The new camera was installed at the dealership today, and so far it's working just fine. I really grew accustomed to using it, so I'm glad to have it back.
