In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. Today the whole day each time I've been in the car, the camera keeps displaying just the guidelines but a black screen. Also sometimes it will be just black with no guide lines, and then it comes back a few seconds later, etc. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
 
Mine did that about a week ago- brought the car into the dealer- ordered new camera. When it comes in and it is replaced- will let you know if that fixed it.
 
You will need a camera. Very slight chance it is a wiring issue but every one I have ran into was a bad camera.
 
It's working fine today, very weird! I'll wait until it happens again before bringing it into the dealer.
