Hyundai dealer has no answer at this time. Anybody else have a screen shot of a defective screen? Dealer has shop foreman and others involved...waiting for Hyundai to respond. I'll post the result, if any. Service manager says it may be the head unit ($2500!). Also experiencing no audio once in a while at startup.

The dealer stated it most likely is the back up camera. Looks like the connection wires might be crimped. The dealer ordered a new backup camera to be installed sometime next week. Thanks to someone's posting, the dealer updated the new software. Even though I have a 2012 Genny, the car was built in May 2011 and the software update was for 2009-2011 units. My unit fit into the 2011 time frame.
