Just a baseline pull on the 5.0 before the wide-band gets welded in.

New to the Genesis community coming from a heavily modded SH-AWD Acura TL.

Multiple pulls yielded similar results. Custom tuning to come shortly.

A couple of interesting points.
1. A clear distinct cutoff at 6500 rpm, unlike the earlier cutoff on the first Genesis 4.6s.

2. Fuel mixture on wide open throttle is pig rich. No doubt that removal of aft cats and aftermarket mufflers will lean mixture at wide open throttle, but how much? I'd like to see about 13:1.
 
Your numbers make sense. I can't wait to see how much you get after mods. According to this forum you should be able to get another 30whp or so with CAI and CAT deletes only!

I know nothing about the science behind dynos and horsepower but why are the dyno figures I've seen from R-Specs nowhere near the 429 hp that Hyundai advertises?

Manufacter specs are measured at the crankshaft and the dyno measures how much of that power gets to the rear wheels. There is a % of power loss through the drive train in all cars.
