  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hey Genesis members,
I am New herer after joining the other day after buying a 2012 Genesis 4.6l with 120k, in harsh Vermont area that needed brake lines replaced. I always try to do the work myself within reason. I like most people would spend alot of time looking for advice on forums, YouTube ect.... And it was usually a painstaking process and I'm very impatient would it comes to learning information I need to know to do a repair. After joining this forum and not finding what I was looking for in repairing the rear brake lines I found a company called E-manual online and for $6.99 a month they allow you to download 10 manuals from thousands of car, atv, boats ect.... makers and many other things. I got a Repair Manual for Genesis all models and the repair manual provided covers everything under the sun for the Genesis. Their repair manual is the dealership troubleshooting guide for every single component on the vehicle. It's like 1200+pages and I also downloaded the workshop version which I guess will be the computer version of the paper manual. The Genesis workshop they call it, is over 23gb and I'm still waiting for it to finish downloading. If I figure out how to post a manual here if it will allow me being such a big file maybe some forum members can check it out and use this for a repair source for you. I also must say I am in no way affiliated with e manual online. I was very happy that I found this resource which I could just go to instead of spending countless hours trolling the internet trying to get the information I need, and alot of times coming up empty. If anyone needs the repair manual I could email it to help anyone out, or for less than $7 you could get 10 manuals on just about anything you could think of. Cars,ATV's ect... That's all I have to say about it because I am in no way affiliated or could benefit from someone going there. Thank you and I look forward to being part of the forum.

This is my 1st time ever publicly recommending a company so I took the precaution and check them out. I looked up there complaints on the better Business bureau and any large international companies going to have complaints so I would say use Emmanuel online at your own caution. It does seem rather cheap to me that they could provide this much software for this little fee because the software they say they can provide is expensive. Much more than 10 manuals for $6.99 and I've only thumbed thru the Genesis manual and it seems legit. Whether e- manual online has the legal right to sell is is suspect that best. Use caution

Thanks for the tip Jrich99
So I visited the E-Manual On Line site to have look, found listings for Genny Sedan : "2011 Hyundai Genesis Service & Repair Manual Software - $26.99" that is a price for one. . . (although still cheep, far from $7 for ten).
Maybe there is another section to check? Can you provide a link? . . . Thanks.

P.S. just thought about it a bit more - I am accessing their site from Canada 🍁 (Hyundai | Genesis Service Repair Workshop Manuals) possibly different pricing policy?

Update/Edit: The subscription option price of $6.99/for ten does pop up after you click on any manual title. That's per month; I wonder if you have to commit to a Year duration or some such deal...

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
I use this website for updated service manual and TSB. They charge about $20 to use it, but you can save what you need in PDF files for later use.
