Well not me but I can use some rain here in San Diego to wash my car off.

Yikes, not me (fortunately)! For those of you inclined to think we northerners are crazy for putting up with snow, cold, etc. in the winter, all I can say is: life is full of tradeoffs! I'll take a bit of snow and the occasional tornado in exchange for no hurricanes and no earthquakes.

Sure hope Gustav and Hanna peter out instead of gaining strength, but I suppose that's unlikely...

Good thing the "G" storm this year was Gustav and not Genesis

I feel surrounded.... the high pressure ridge over Florida makes it less likely that these 2 storms will come here though. Have to wait and see about "I" and "K" though...
