Anybody braving the crowds to snag a great deal or just enjoy the shopping? I'm going to stay home and get the decorations ready, I just don't like dealing with the crazy crowds

When my father-in-law told me about this I just couldnt believe it. I almost wanted to go there just to see the people that actually showed up to take advantage. I did end up going to Best Buy around 11 and got a camera.

I agree...there was another lady in that same event that was knocked over and lost an unborn child. WAAAAAAYYYYYYY too expensive for my taste!

It turned out to be such a nice day down here that I decided to go out around 2:30 pm to look around to see what might be left. I can't believe it but I got all the specials I was looking for at Best Buy, Circuit City, Target and Walmart!! I was surprised until the manager at Circuit city told me that they keep some of the specials in the back for people that ask later in the day! Wow now I'm heading back to the dealer and ASK again if my 4.6 came in!! HA HA HA

that is great news. Did you buy from gettel hyundai?

I have tried to deal with Gettel on my last two cars and both times they let me walk over a couple of hundred dollars. Both times I ended up in Bradenton for my purchases. So far I'm still waiting on a blk/cash/tech/4.6, but Jenkins is talking the best deal. They will give me fair dollar on my trade (wife's 95 camry) and no dealer "bump". Gettel will only give me half as much for my trade and they want a $3,500 "bump". Seems like no comparison to me.
I read your posting and it sounds like you got a good deal from Gettel. I guess its the limited availability of the 4.6 that makes the difference right now. They will work with me if I go with the 3.8.
The Gettel sales manager did call me last month and said that since I lived so close they would sell me a blk/blk/tech/4.6 they just got in for only $950 over sticker, I passed.

That is a no-brainer. Jenkins is offering the far better deal. Im sure it has to do with the 4.6 availability. Not sure where we will take our genesis in for service as Jenkins is much closer and we have heard that their service department is excellent, but we are familiar with the people at Gettel.
