Last night I started the car and the climate control screen was blank. I think it still worked for touch input, but it was of course hard to tell. The climate system was still working, and I was able to adjust it via the main infotainment screen. So inconvenient, but not the end of the world.
After driving for a couple of minutes I pulled over and turned the car off and back off again, but that didn't fix it. So I completed the rest of my drive (about 45 minutes) without further incident.
I was going to swing by the dealer today (I was going nearby anyway), but when I started the car this morning the climate display was working fine. I think the display may have been working all along, but not the backlight.
I don't recall any other reports on this forum of a problem with the climate display - anyone else experienced this? Hopefully it was a one off problem, but we'll see.
