    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Figured I would ask anyone if they are getting their remote start to work with a correct email notification.

I say correct because I've been receiving the email notification that says it was received and NOT executed. But when I look out my window the car is running and the lights are flashing....

This has been happening all day today.

Last night though, I couldn't actually log into the app. A system message came up saying something like the server was busy or I was out of cell range. I figured they were doing some maintenance or something....

Anyone else have this issue?

BTW - I have a 2014 Equus. Not enough action in that section so my only hope for a response is from you Genesis owners.

Or a record setting winter storm that severely effected over a quarter of the country....
