  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I have a 2014 Genesis 3.8 Sedan Tech Pkg and when I use the buttons on the left of the rear view mirror to bring up Blue Link for Directions, It starts to ring and then the " Call Ended" shows on the Nav display..

This just started acting up a few days ago..The car has 15,000 miles and has never been In an accident..

Anyone have a similar problem and if you did what should I look for to correct it....I want to try and tackle this myself before going into the dealer and leaving the car while they scratch their heads..

Thanks in advance

Lana

I've had the car checked by the dealer & they can't figure it out & they also said there's nothing wrong with the car itself so it must be the Blue link Signal failing from Hyundai or wherever it comes from..

Time to ask for a refund...the system really is Junk..
