Blue Link problems and voice command

Have a 2015 Genesis and since I own the car the Blue Link has been operating erratically. When I depress the button on the rear view mirror I get a spinning ball and then "Connection Error try again later." I tried different locations with no success. I called customer service and it didn't help. Last time they said take it to the dealer and they said it was location. I'm in Nassau County not Siberia. If its that sensitive to location it is worthless since I can't rely on it. My daughter has 2 Hyundai SUV's and they both work in my driveway. The voice activation is just as bad. I say "go home" and phone numbers come up on the screen?????

Anyone with similar problems with a solution.

Your radio and nav is only covered for 3 years....get it to a dealer ASAP

I took it to a dealer last week and they said its location. It worked after a while at the dealer and hasn't worked since. Even if it is location its much too sensitive if it only works in limited locations. I suggested changing the head unit but tech disagreed. # years will be in Dec.
