Just starting loading "Previous Destinations" into "Address Book" groups, but, I'm having some issues.

1. I activate Blue Link from the mirror to search for POI's. Works fine

2. I select the downloaded address (restaurants). Once I activate the route I cancel route & it now becomes a "Previous Address"

3. I select the previous address and attempt to move it into one of the four groups, some restaurants move fine others it won't let me transfer from "previous address" to any of the 4 groups.

4. I spoke with a rep from Blue Link and I could hear him scratching his head. Long story short he has no idea why some move and some don't. .That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Any ideas why I'm having these issues? 2015 Ultimate

Had similar issues in 3 cars with BlueLink. I no longer even try. If you are actually at the destination you can add it to the address book.

Glad to hear it's not me. Was hoping I didn't buy the possessed Hyundia from hell.
